Methodology
Buyback Terminal lists protocol fees beside buyback and burn figures that come from a separate source. Fees, buybacks, and burns are different events. DefiLlama fee totals are never buybacks.
Home chips
Verified on-chain means a buyback or burn figure was checked on-chain and is current (UNI Firepit, HYPE Assistance Fund, or PONS transfers to the dead address). Announced, not verifiable yet means the row is covered and the official path is not a meter yet (Pump burns and Lido NEST). Not covered yet means the token has no buyback source. Coming soon is a named ticker with no coverage row; this board lists 0.
Buyback
A buyback is an on-chain action that spends protocol funds to acquire the protocol’s own token. Buyback Terminal does not treat DefiLlama fees, protocol revenue, or holder-revenue fields as buybacks. PONS Buybacks 24h is PONS transferred to the dead address during the 24 hours ending at the ledger head. HYPE Buybacks 24h is HYPE bought by the Assistance Fund on HYPE/USDC (@107) when that fill tape is complete. If the tape is capped or unavailable, the cell says so. UNI Buybacks 24h is Firepit-attributed UNI transferred to the dead address on Ethereum L1 during the 24 hours ending at that ledger head. If that window is incomplete, the cell is an em dash. L2, Unichain, and other-chain Firepit paths are not in that total. Unindexed L2 coverage is an em dash (Official-pending), not a live L2 meter. LDO Buybacks 24h is an em dash with a surplus-gated note while Lido stays fees-first; NEST treasury buys are not burned and are not metered here. PUMP Buybacks 24h stays an em dash (official-pending). The eight buyback fee recipients are BuybackVault PDAs and remain fee allocation, not a burn total. A labeled Sweep→Buy→BurnChecked path is disclosure only. Every other token’s Buybacks 24h is an em dash. A spot USD note, when present, multiplies the token amount by the current CoinGecko price. It is not the execution price and it is not a fee.
Burn
A burn, for the PONS ledger, is a PONS Transfer whose recipient is the dead address 0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD. The event signature is the standard ERC-20 topic 0xddf252ad1be2c89b69c2b068fc378daa952ba7f163c4a11628f55a4df523b3ef. Rows are indexed from Robinhood Chain with chunked eth_getLogs calls and then read from data/pons/index.json and the monthly shards beside it. The token page does not query the RPC to draw the table. A closed-window reindex must reproduce the stored rows with a tolerance of 0 wei. The same tolerance applies to balanceOf(dead) versus transfers into dead minus transfers out of dead. UNI uses the same event on Ethereum, and only the rows this page attributes to Firepit. HYPE does not use this definition. Its classified burn is the Assistance Fund HYPE balance in the HYPE section.
How fees are sourced
A protocol fee is value users pay to use a protocol. Lido, Sky, Aave, and PONS fees on this board are measured by this site: Lido from the daily stETH oracle report, Sky from the published daily revenue divided by 365, Aave from Ethereum borrow interest, flash-loan premiums, liquidation bonuses, and swap partner fees, measured every hour, and PONS from V1 and V2 logs on Robinhood Chain. Fees 24h for those rows is the last complete window in data/fees. An incomplete or stale window is an em dash. HYPE fees are an em dash. DefiLlama hyperliquid is not that cell. Other tokens still use a DefiLlama fees adapter. For those, Fees 24h and Fees 7d are total24h and total7d from GET /summary/fees/{slug}?dataType=dailyFees. The token page also shows the 30-day fee total from the same response. If a total is missing, the cell is an em dash. The app does not substitute zero.
Daily charts default to that fees series. A separate toggle shows protocol revenue (dailyRevenue), which is the adapter’s revenue field and is usually smaller than fees. Revenue is not labeled as a buyback.
Exclusions
- Factory and launch events are not part of this ledger. The V2 BuybackVault vesting flow is excluded. Tokens locked for vesting are not counted as burns.
- PONS and UNI are the Transfer-to-dead ledgers. UNI counts only Firepit-attributed transfers on Ethereum L1. L2, Unichain, and other-chain Firepit paths are not indexed and stay an em dash (Official-pending), not a dollar total. The 100,000,000 UNI treasury retroactive burn and TokenJar balances are not in that total. HYPE uses the Assistance Fund balance and is not that ledger. LDO is fees-first: NEST may buy to treasury when surplus allows, but this version does not index NEST fills or claim LDO burns. PUMP indexes a labeled tape of SweepBuyback → PumpSwap BuyExactQuoteIn → Token-2022 BurnChecked on wallets the program can still reassign (
pump_burn_indexer_elevated_mutable_eoa_tape_meters_labeled_until_green). Eight buyback fee recipients remain BuybackVault PDAs (fee allocation). FEE_RECIPIENTS.md and the fees IDL do not name those EOAs as fixed executors. Destinations stay mutable. Buybacks 24h is that attributed total when the guards pass (pump_burnchecked_elevated_eoa_measured). A tripped guard stays an em dash (official-pending, labeled-until-green until the window is complete). The tape is the audit list. No other protocol has a burn-style ledger in this version. - Market cap is CoinGecko circulating market cap when an id is configured. Fully diluted valuation is not used. A missing cap is an em dash.
- If DefiLlama or CoinGecko fails and a previous successful payload exists, the UI keeps those figures and says so. If there is no previous payload, the cells stay blank.
- An em dash means the figure is not available.

PONS
Fee totals are gross V1 and V2 fees measured from Robinhood Chain logs in data/fees/pons. DefiLlama slug pons is the reconciliation tripwire. Market cap comes from the CoinGecko id pons. Burns come only from the ledger. Chain id 4663, RPC https://rpc.mainnet.chain.robinhood.com. Indexing starts at block 8,963,150, the reference token’s deployment block.

About 80% of protocol fees is described as funding buybacks through an operator TWAP. That route is operator policy. It is not immutable on-chain yet. The ledger does not apply the 80% figure. It counts PONS Transfer logs to the dead address. Buybacks are transfers from the fee collector or the collector-owned buyback contract. Transfers from any other sender are burns, not buybacks. Rows are marked protocol or other.
The V2 BuybackVault, which vests bought tokens instead of sending them to the dead address, is out of this ledger.
stateofblocks PONS terminal is an external UI benchmark only. It is not a data source of record for this app.
HYPE
Trading fees are converted to HYPE by the Assistance Fund as part of Hyperliquid L1 execution. The HYPE balance at that address is the classified burn. This is not an EVM Transfer to the dead address, and it is not the PONS ledger.
Fee totals are an em dash. This site does not read the DefiLlama slug hyperliquid for HYPE. They are not buybacks. The ledger primary is the Assistance Fund HYPE spot balance at 0xfefefefefefefefefefefefefefefefefefefefe. Holdings there are the classified burn. This is not an EVM Transfer to the dead address, and it is not the PONS ledger.
HYPE in the assistance fund is burned, removing the tokens permanently from the circulating and total supply.
That Fees sentence is the classification. This page still prints tokenDetails on its own meter. The max−total gap is not the Assistance Fund balance.

USDC at that address is a fee reserve. It is not burned. The info API hold field is shown as held balance. This page does not treat it as a fixed order size.
AQAv2 is an additional inflow to this same Assistance Fund when that spec is active. This page has not verified a live transfer, so the status stays scheduled or unknown. It is not a separate burn address.

We will claim
- The primary burn figure is the Assistance Fund HYPE spot balance at 0xfefefefefefefefefefefefefefefefefefefefe, read with the public info method spotClearinghouseState. Official Fees docs classify holdings at that address as burned.
- The path is fee conversion into HYPE by the Assistance Fund as part of L1 execution, then holdings classified as burned. This is not an EVM Transfer to the dead address or the null address, and it is not a PONS twin.
- tokenDetails max supply, total supply, circulating supply, and the max−total gap are a separate supply meter. This page does not merge them into the Assistance Fund balance.
- Spot Buy fills on HYPE/USDC (@107), from the public info methods userFills and userFillsByTime, show purchases. Burn classification stays on the holdings.
- DefiLlama is not the HYPE fee figure. Fees on this page are an em dash until a first-party source is approved. Fees are not buybacks.
- USDC at the Assistance Fund is a fee reserve. It is not burned.
We will not claim
- That DefiLlama fees or revenue equal HYPE burned.
- That the DefiLlama hyperliquid fee total is shown as HYPE fees.
- That Assistance Fund holdings are an EVM Transfer to a dead address or a null address.
- That the tokenDetails gap (max supply minus total supply) is the Assistance Fund HYPE balance.
- An official 99% of fees to the Assistance Fund, or a locked HLP split, as a primary figure. The Fees page names HLP, the assistance fund, and deployers, and it does not pin that split.
- Assistance Fund 2 (0xccd6…a4ea) as part of this HYPE buy-to-burn path.
- HIP-1 auction burns or priority-fee burns inside this Assistance Fund ledger.
- A fixed $10k resting-order size as protocol fact.
- That a capped or paginated fill tape is a complete buy history.
UNI
claim_scope: uniswap_l1_uni_dead_transfer_only
claim_scope: uniswap_l2_firepit_honesty_em_dash. The UNI page carries an L2-vs-L1 callout: Buybacks 24h stays the Ethereum L1 Firepit meter. L2, Unichain, and other-chain Firepit paths are not in that total. Incomplete L2 coverage is an em dash (Official-pending). The callout is not a live L2 meter.
On Ethereum mainnet, Firepit.release pulls UNI from the caller and sends it to the dead address, then releases fee assets from TokenJar to that caller. The fee-funded burn is that UNI Transfer to the dead address. TokenJar balances are inventory. The 100,000,000 UNI treasury transfer in the UNIfication proposal is a separate retroactive burn. DefiLlama fees are neither figure. This ledger is Ethereum L1 only.
Fee totals still come from the DefiLlama parent slug uniswap. They are not buybacks. This site does not index L2, Unichain, or any other chain.

A Firepit release calls transferFrom on UNI. The sender on that Transfer is the release caller. TokenJar then pays fee assets to the caller. Those payouts are not burns. A UNI transfer into TokenJar is not a burn. Any other UNI transfer to the dead address, including an L2 bridge delivery that is not inside a Firepit release, stays out of the Firepit total.
UNIfication burns 100,000,000 UNI from the treasury. That transfer is its own chip. It is not added to fee-funded Firepit totals.
Protocol-fee deployments · UNIfication proposal. Those pages cite the mechanism. They are not queried as a burn API. A secondary burn dashboard is not a source of record.
We will claim
- The primary burn figure is a UNI ERC-20 Transfer to 0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD on Ethereum mainnet (chain id 1), attributed to Firepit 0x0D5Cd355e2aBEB8fb1552F56c965B867346d6721. Attribution means the transfer is the resource payment inside that transaction's Firepit release: the UNI Transfer to the dead address closest before the Firepit Released log, whose sender is not TokenJar.
- Buybacks 24h is the sum of those Firepit-attributed transfers in the 24 hours ending at the ledger head. Spot USD multiplies that UNI amount by the current CoinGecko price. It is not a DefiLlama fee and not an execution price.
- The UNIfication treasury retroactive burn of 100,000,000 UNI is a separate chip. It is not added to the fee-funded Firepit total.
- TokenJar 0xf38521f130fcCF29dB1961597bc5d2B60F995f85 is a fee-inventory chip. Assets held there are not burns and are not part of Buybacks 24h.
- DefiLlama fees stay on the parent slug uniswap and are labeled as fees. Fees are not buybacks.
- An incomplete Firepit window is an em dash with a note.
- L2, Unichain, and other-chain Firepit paths are disclosed as outside the Ethereum L1 Buybacks 24h total. They are not indexed here. Incomplete L2 coverage is an em dash (Official-pending), not a dollar figure.
We will not claim
- That DefiLlama fees or revenue equal UNI burned.
- That a TokenJar balance, or any asset sitting in TokenJar, is a burn.
- That every UNI Transfer to the dead address is a fee-funded Firepit burn.
- That the 100,000,000 UNI treasury retroactive burn is part of the fee-funded Firepit total.
- L2, Unichain, or any other chain's Firepit burns in the Ethereum L1 Buybacks 24h total. Those paths are not indexed. Incomplete L2 coverage is an em dash (Official-pending), not a live L2 meter.
- Pump or Lido burns on the Uniswap page.
- A secondary burn dashboard as the source of this ledger.
- An address that is not the published UNI token, Firepit, TokenJar, or the dead address for this path.
PUMP
Pump.fun is a Solana launchpad (bonding curve and PumpSwap) with Terminal multichain trading. From 28 Apr 2026, official product docs describe 50% of defined net revenue from bonding curve, PumpSwap, and Terminal (net of referrals and cashbacks; exclusive of Mayhem Mode) as programmatically allocated to open-market PUMP purchases that are burned, for a one-year term. On-chain Global and GlobalConfig store buyback_basis_points = 5000 and eight official buyback fee recipients. Those addresses are BuybackVault PDAs under the Pump Fees program. They are fee-allocation vaults, not this page's completed burn ledger. A labeled path — BuybackVault, SweepBuyback, operational destination wallets, PumpSwap BuyExactQuoteIn, then Token-2022 BurnChecked — is observed ops. This terminal indexes that path on the two elevated mutable EOAs. Buybacks 24h is the attributed BurnChecked total when the scan covers the window, no sweep pays another destination, and the PUMP supply decrease is at least that burn. Destination wallets are mutable. Admin can update buyback_basis_points with update_buyback_config and can retarget the sweep with update_buyback_authority. DefiLlama parent slug pump is the fees chip only. Fees are not buybacks and are not burns.
Fee totals still come from the DefiLlama parent slug pump. The child pump.fun slug alone undercounts. They are not buybacks and they are not burns. Holders revenue on DefiLlama is a labeled third-party chip, not this page's burn ledger.
The pump.fun/pump-token daily table is project UI. The page admits a custom-pairs fee-dashboard bug; treat those figures as provisional, not as this terminal's ledger.

pump.fun/pump-token · April 28 announcement · FEE_RECIPIENTS.md. Those pages describe the product program and the fee-recipient set. They are not queried as a burn API on this terminal. DefiLlama fees are not indexed as burns.
We will claim
- Pump.fun is a Solana launchpad (bonding curve + PumpSwap) with Terminal multichain trading; native token PUMP mint pumpCmXqMfrsAkQ5r49WcJnRayYRqmXz6ae8H7H9Dfn (Token-2022).
- Official product docs state that from 28 Apr 2026, 50% of defined net revenue from bonding curve, PumpSwap, and Terminal (net of referrals/cashbacks; exclusive of Mayhem Mode) is programmatically allocated to open-market PUMP purchases that are burned, for a one-year term (pump.fun/pump-token methodology; April 28 announcement disclaimers apply).
- On-chain Global / GlobalConfig store buyback_basis_points = 5000 and eight buyback fee recipients documented in pump-public-docs FEE_RECIPIENTS.md.
- Those eight buyback fee recipients are BuybackVault PDAs derived as ["buyback-vault", index] under the Pump Fees program (pfeeUxB6jkeY1Hxd7CsFCAjcbHA9rWtchMGdZ6VojVZ) — fee-allocation vaults, still not by themselves the completed burn ledger.
- Stranger-observable attribution path: BuybackVault → SweepBuyback (vault authority) → operational destination wallet(s) → PumpSwap BuyExactQuoteIn (PUMP as base) → Token-2022 BurnChecked on the PUMP mint. Observed operational burn wallets (not IDL-published): 99mRw3EzdJZWEUjgp1nrU4WeHsukUBjbh7gYE7pm4F3c and 9jHrTCwpDANHLNQz5cem6XLUBM8KiTWKe766Br6KVCXM; vault authority decoded 4zmJQ6KQXftutXjLAHJFmgANchhPD98Tm9vpNe3zogGP. Label as observed ops path — destination is authority-chosen and may change.
- DefiLlama parent slug pump is the correct fees chip (children alone undercount).
- Fees ≠ buybacks: LP/creator/cashback/mayhem slices and non-buyback revenue are not burns.
- Hg5Ja55… is not a buyback SoR (Token-2022 memecoin mint "baton").
- PumpSwap boost_buy_and_burn is not claimed as the platform PUMP buy&burn ledger (sampled burns use BuyExactQuoteIn + BurnChecked, not boost).
- The labeled tape attributes SweepBuyback → BuyExactQuoteIn (PUMP as base) → Token-2022 BurnChecked on elevated mutable EOAs 99mRw3EzdJZWEUjgp1nrU4WeHsukUBjbh7gYE7pm4F3c and 9jHrTCwpDANHLNQz5cem6XLUBM8KiTWKe766Br6KVCXM. Vault authority 4zmJQ6KQXftutXjLAHJFmgANchhPD98Tm9vpNe3zogGP is control-surface linkage for SweepBuyback only, not a burn sink. FEE_RECIPIENTS.md and the fees IDL still do not name those EOAs as fixed executors. Buybacks 24h is that attributed total when the guards pass.
We will not claim
- That DefiLlama fees or holders-revenue dollars equal on-chain burns 1:1.
- That the eight buyback fee recipients / BuybackVault PDAs alone are the completed PUMP burn ledger (they are fee/vault sinks; burn completes only after market buy + BurnChecked by destination wallets).
- That the observed burn EOAs are immutable, IDL-published, or the only possible SweepBuyback destinations forever (authority can retarget; update_buyback_authority exists).
- A Buybacks 24h figure while a guard is tripped: a SweepBuyback pays another destination, the scan is capped or short of 24 hours, or the PUMP supply decrease is smaller than the attributed burn. That em dash is not $0.
- That boost_buy_and_burn with PUMP as base is proven platform SoR.
- That the buyback rate is immutable forever (one-year term; admin can update buyback_basis_points via update_buyback_config).
- That PUMP confers revenue share, governance, or equity.
- An EVM Transfer-to-dead twin of PONS/UNI for PUMP.
- That the pump.fun/pump-token daily table is this terminal's burn ledger.
- Financial advice.
- Hg5Ja55… as SoR.
- That Alchemy, Helius, or a public Solana RPC is an honesty unlock by itself.
- That the vault authority is a burn sink.
LDO
claim_scope: lido_fees_first_nest_treasury_honesty
claim_scope: lido_nest_treasury_chip_phase_b. The LDO page carries a treasury-only callout: when NEST purchases, LDO settles to the DAO treasury and is not burned. Buybacks 24h and Burns stay an em dash. The callout is not a fill meter.
Lido liquid staking charges a protocol fee on staking rewards. That value accrues primarily to the DAO treasury and node operators. Those totals are fees, not buybacks. NEST (LIP-36) is a separate onchain program that may buy LDO from surplus staking revenue above a $40M annualized baseline (50% of surplus, capped at $50k/day and $10M/year) and settle purchases to the Aragon Agent treasury in treasury-only mode. NEST does not burn LDO. A discretionary LDO Accumulation Program is not NEST. DefiLlama Holders Revenue tracks Accumulation, not NEST. This site does not index NEST fills as a daily buyback meter.
Fee totals come from the daily stETH oracle report on Ethereum, and the DefiLlama slug lido is the reconciliation tripwire. They are not buybacks. Buybacks 24h on the leaderboard stays an em dash with a surplus-gated note. Burns stay an em dash. Treasury-held LDO is not burned.
Official H1 2026 reporting states NEST purchases were not expected soon while revenue sits below the baseline. An em dash for buybacks is honest, not a bug.

DefiLlama Holders Revenue tracks the discretionary LDO Accumulation Program, not NEST. Do not label Holders Revenue as NEST buybacks.
NEST overview · LIP-36 · Deployed contracts · GOOSE H1 2026. Those pages cite the mechanism. They are not queried as a buyback API on this site.
We will claim
- Lido liquid staking generates protocol fees that accrue primarily to the DAO treasury (and node operators). Those figures are fees, not buybacks.
- NEST (LIP-36) is a live onchain mechanism that can buy LDO from surplus staking revenue above a $40M annualized baseline (50% of surplus, $50k/day and $10M/yr caps), settling purchases to the DAO treasury in treasury-only mode (official blog, LIP-36, and deployed contracts). NEST does not burn LDO.
- A separate LDO Accumulation Program is discretionary committee execution and is not NEST. DefiLlama Holders Revenue tracks Accumulation, not NEST.
- Official H1 2026 reporting states NEST purchases were not expected soon while revenue sits below the baseline. Idle buybacks shown as an em dash are honest, not a bug.
- Board fees are the Ethereum oracle report, labeled as fees, not buybacks. The DefiLlama slug lido is the reconciliation tripwire.
We will not claim
- That Lido has a live LDO burn source of record, or that treasury-held LDO is burned.
- That staking fees or DefiLlama revenue equal buybacks.
- That NEST is continuously buying LDO every day without surplus proof.
- That DefiLlama Holders Revenue is the NEST ledger.
- That Lido Burner (stETH shares) is an LDO buyback contract.
- Financial advice.
RAY
Fee totals stay on the DefiLlama parent slug raydium. They are not buybacks. LaunchLab is not in a first-party fee total. AMM v4, CLMM, and CPMM gross trade fees can be read from Raydium's pool list, and that read is not on the board until it passes a dual-run.
Buybacks 24h is RAY received by the token accounts of the buyback wallet. Raydium says 12% of trading fees buys RAY and the wallet holds it. The figure is withheld when the scan is short, capped, or stale. An inbound transfer that is not a purchase still counts.

MET
Fee totals stay on the DefiLlama parent slug meteora. They are not buybacks. This site also records a rolling 24h total from Meteora's DLMM, DAMM v2, and DAMM v1 pool lists. It keeps every pool as gross and applies DefiLlama's wash-trading rules for a filtered figure. The Dynamic Bonding Curve is not in it. The leaderboard shades Fees 24h orange while that record is current, and the cell still shows DefiLlama. Fees 7d is not shaded, because the record has no 7d window.
Buybacks 24h is MET received by the token accounts of the buyback wallet. Meteora says bought MET is held in that wallet. The figure is withheld when the scan is short, capped, or stale. A day with no inflow is 0 MET. An inbound transfer that is not a purchase still counts. MET that is still inside an LP position does not.

JUP
Fee totals stay on the DefiLlama parent slug jupiter. They are not buybacks. Ultra revenue-wallet inflows are the only component that fits a cheap read. Perps, jupSOL, Lend, DCA, Studio, Prediction, Limit, Offerbook, Lend DEX, and Ape are excluded. That partial read is not on the board.
Buybacks 24h is JUP received by the Litterbox token accounts. Jupiter says 50% of onchain revenue buys JUP and the trust holds it. Later burns are not subtracted. The figure is withheld when the scan is short, capped, or stale.

SKY
Fee totals are Sky's published daily stability fees, liquidation income, and PSM fees. They are not buybacks. The fee feed does not include the buyback or savings-rate fields.
Buybacks 24h is SKY bought by FlapperUniV2SwapOnly at 0x374D9c3d5134052Bc558F432Afa1df6575f07407 (chainlog MCD_FLAP). Each Exec reports USDS spent and SKY received. The SKY is sent to the pause proxy 0xBE8E3e3618f7474F8cB1d074A26afFef007E98FB. That balance is not a burn. Staking rewards from the splitter are not in the total. If the chainlog flapper, the SKY token 0x56072C95FAA701256059aa122697B133aDEd9279, or the receiver moves, the figure is withheld. A scan that does not cover 24 hours is an em dash, not $0.

AAVE
Fee totals are gross Ethereum borrow interest, flash-loan premiums, liquidation bonuses, and Velora partner fees. They are not AAVE buybacks.
The DAO has a treasury buyback program. Purchases have been paused since 19 Apr 2026. Buybacks 24h stays an em dash with a paused note. That em dash is not $0. This site does not sum AAVE transfers into a treasury as buybacks.
